Scope and Contents
This series contains documentation and records detailing the "Crisis Overhead" campaign run by the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach, which was a litigation effort against the Palm Beach International Airport for causing noise pollution in the Town of Palm Beach. The campaign attempted to reroute air traffic, as well as block an expansion of the airport. Materials within the series include court briefings, memoranda, newspaper clippings, press releases, a noise study for Palm Beach, brochures, political advertisements, and fundraising information, including donor lists.
