1820 South Ocean, known as Collado Hueco, was designed by Addison Mizner for Paul Moore in 1924. The propety has a tunnel in it that runs to their private stretch of beach, which was an idea repeated from the construction of now demolished Playa Riente. Collado Hueco was designated by a landmark by the Town of Palm Beach in 1980.
