The Florida Master Site File Records contain completed Florida Master Site File Site Inventory Form and Historical Structure Form documents. The information within these forms include street address, name of property, architectural history, architectural description, plat information, and a statement of significance. The project name associated with these records is "Palm Beach Survey: S & P." Historical Structure Forms are dated to one survey compiled in 1988, and Site Inventory Forms are dated to one survey compiled in 1979. 1979 survey contains overall findings, and lists that forms were completed for 861 buildings and man-made landscape features in Palm Beach.
