1800 South Ocean - Sin Cuidado
The Property File Collection houses over 3,000 property files that document vital information about the built environment of Palm Beach. The collection is arranged by address and contains brochures, photographs, newspaper articles, historic designaton reports, and other relevant property information. All files can be scanned upon request, although a majority are already digitized.
2315 S. Ocean Blvd. - Sea Lord Hotel, Unnamed Apartments for B.E. Schein, 1962 - 1971
Contains drawings for an apartment building which appears to have been turned into the Sea Lord Hotel, and for the Sea Lord Hotel/Motel (demolished 2001). See house file for news articles. Condition note-- drawings contain water damage and rust damage from old staples.

Copies of complete plumbing and HVAC plans. Contains copies of misc. architectural and spec drawings. Condition note: back drawings have large tear along bottom right, drawings have folding and water damage along right edge. Unsure if property demolished.

Office copies of complete architectural drawings, contains elevations and floor plans. Building listed as "Permanently Closed" but not demolished. Contains specs and correspondence at top of roll.
